It smelled quite bad when walking in, like humidity in the building... all along the hallways. There were diffusers standing around to cover it but did not quite work.... When we tried to use the ventilation in the room it could only heat the room massively. The window was only possible to open completely but not to just get some breeze... No bathrobes were provided for the pool and no towels... pool was also not very pleasant... so we turned around immediately. Outdated, felt dirty. Breakfast was poor. We had much better ones at cheaper places with more fresh supplies from local bakeries. It looked like the place ahd seen better days. The wine cellar and restaurant had a good atmosphere. 9 The staff was medium friendly. One woman was very helpful and kind, the rest felt we bothered by guests. However, still seems a better spot at Caminha ....no good competition out there.

Don't go here for a romance. This is "design" gone wrong. When you go to the toilet anyone else in the room will hear and smell everything; there is no door to close, only half closing glass panels. The shower works ok, but there is nowhere to hang your towels. Breakfast? If you are a coffee drinker, trashy instant coffee is all you can get, if you are a tea drinker, the not so hot water from the instant machine comes with particles in it. The bed is good.

Beautiful exterior, classic stone facade. Very modern interior. The room was big and had a great balcony but the interior design was less than comfortable. It was all graffiti and "street art". It gave the feeling of a rough room and not relaxing.

What an awful experience. Called to inquire about their cheapest room for one night over the weekend and was told a much more expensive price than their own website. When I explained that I could book the room on their website for cheaper I was told that it's their policy to inflate the prices when people call. Bad business practice. Needless to say we won't be staying there.

Location and design is cool but the lady behind the desk was horrible, sauna and pool very cheap. If you want to just stay and never use wellness, it’s ok. Otherwise, don’t go there

Right at the central plaza of Caminha. Every room is thematic and very comfortable. Very nice SPA. Only improvement that could be done is some more variety for the breakfast. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to recuperate before heading into Spain. Great atmosphere and friendly people. The spa hit the spot to relax our legs

Nice hotel on the Camino in the city center. Location is great, hotel is clean, floors get constantly flooded because of shower doors. Shower is actually a joke, 4 or 5 buttons, there are instructions on the wall how to use it. Makes no sense though. Staff … I get a great lady at check it, but at checkout the other one was bored as hell, didn’t bother even to say bye.
